DeepTune is built on the assumption that the quieter we are with your data, the better. Counsel review pending before private beta.

1. Who is the data controller
DeepTune BV, Antwerp, Belgium. Reach us at legal@deeptune.eu.
2. What we collect
Account: display name, email, role. Purchases: release and price paid. We do not store listening history, play counts, or any behavioural profile.
3. Why we process
To run the platform, send transactional email, comply with EU and Belgian law, and keep the platform secure. We do not process data for advertising and we never share it with ad networks.
4. Sharing
Minimum necessary with Stripe (payments) and our email provider (transactional). Both are GDPR-bound. We never sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is active. On deletion we remove personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Access, correct, port, and delete. Write to legal@deeptune.eu and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
7. Cookies
One first-party cookie for sign-in. No third-party analytics or tracking cookies in production.
