DRAFT v0.1, May 2026
1. About this document
These terms govern the use of DeepTune, operated by DeepTune BV, a Belgian private company based in Antwerp. By creating an account or buying a release you agree to what follows.
2. The service
DeepTune is a curated catalogue of music from independent artists. Listeners pay per release. Artists keep 100 percent of their listed price, paid via Stripe Connect after the EU cooling-off window expires. DeepTune's margin is a separate fee charged to the listener at credit top-up. Artists retain ownership of their masters.
3. Eligibility
You must be 16 or older to create an account. We may suspend an account that is being used to harass other users, infringe on third-party rights, or otherwise breach this document.
4. Purchases and the EU cooling-off
When you buy a release you receive a perpetual personal-use licence to listen to it on DeepTune. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive you may request a refund within 14 days, on credits that have not been spent. Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
5. Artist obligations
By submitting a release the artist confirms they hold the rights to every track, and that the work does not infringe any third-party rights. Artists may list and delist their work at their discretion.
6. Editorial review
Every submission is reviewed. We may decline a submission without offering a detailed reason. Declined work is removed from our servers within 30 days.
7. Liability
DeepTune is provided as-is. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here excludes liability that can not be excluded under Belgian or EU law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes that can not be resolved by writing to legal@deeptune.eu are submitted to the competent courts of Antwerp.
